Hi, Welcome the Culinary Arts Department.  While in Culinary students will learn the basics in a kitchen like knife skills, safety and sanitation and cooking techniques.  There is also a Culinary II class for those who love the kitchen.  The Baking classes focus on safety and sanitation, breads, pies, cookies and cakes.  They can also move on to a more specialized class that focuses on their interests.
