Throughout my social work career I have experience working as a clinician in a psychiatric residential treatment facility,  IICAPS clinician where I provided intensive in-home psychiatric services to children  and adolescents.  After gaining intensive clinical experience I transition into my role as school social  worker at a therapeutic day school this solidified my love for being in a school setting. Which has lead me to my position here as a school social worker at North Haven High School.

I was born and raised in Manchester , CT  and graduate from East Catholic High School. I bought my first  home in 2020 in Wethersfield CT. I have black lab named Mack

Interests:
I love iced coffee, spending time with my family, cuddling my dog and going on hikes. I also really enjoy my peloton, baking sweet treats and trying and out new restaurants, and suggestions are always welcome!
  • As part of a coordinated system of Student Services, School Social Workers assist students in making better use of their school experience. The services primarily address the needs of those students experiencing social, emotional and behavioral difficulties in the school setting. These difficulties may be presented as poor academic achievement, lack of motivation, difficulty remaining focused on tasks and truancy (not attending school).
  • A School Social Worker works collaboratively  with teachers and other school personnel regarding the needs of groups or individual students.
