Evaluation- use a variety of evidence-based assessments & techniques to evaluate student's academic progress, social/emotional functioning, intervention effectiveness, & special education eligibility
Counseling- provide direct services in groups and individually that best fits the student's needs based on a variety of counseling techniques
Consultation- work collaboratively with social workers, counselors, teachers, parents, and other members of the school system and community to help support student's overall growth and development
Intervention- implement research-based interventions in the classroom, collect data, develop behavioral intervention plans, and assist in crisis situations
Prevention- assist in early identification of potential learning or behavioral problems, promote positive climates, implement school-wide prevention programs, and collaborate with student support teams
