Hello! I’m Janice Mira-Keenan, and I’m so excited to be part of this wonderful school community. I am a Spanish language educator with 19 years of experience and have taught a variety of grade levels. I incorporate innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and make language learning meaningful and accessible for all learners. Additionally, I have led exchange programs - study abroad to Spain and cultural exchange to Italy, as well as advisor for a variety of clubs, such as the National World Language Honor Society. I have worked as a curriculum leader and have provided professional development to the world language department. Outside of school, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with my family. I look forward to getting to know you and working together to help every child shine.
