CT Fitness Test

All Tenth Grade Students must participate in the CT Physical Fitness Test.  The test focuses on the four areas of Physical Fitness.  The students we be tested on the following:
 
- Cardiovascular Endurance (1 mile run or Pacer Test)
- Flexibility - Sit and Reach Test
- Upper Body Muscle Strength and Endurance - Push-up
- Lower Body Muscle Strength and Endurance - Curl-up
 
Students will be given opportunities in class to practice these test areas.
